Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving them, hassle-free.

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at support@horizonhub.uk . We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon arrival and get in touch with us right away if there are any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is approved.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued (within 14 business days once approved) to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
