Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at HORIZON HUB. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom (UK) including Northern Ireland

Processing Time

Most of the orders are processed and deliver within 21 business days (excludes any festival period) however in some cases the lead time can take between 60 to 120 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (It will be calculated at checkout for their shipping rates)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

United Kingdom (UK)

  • Standard Shipping:  Mostly Free to the UK mainland – 6 to 20 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, public holidays, festive season or extreme weather conditions and can take up to 120 days.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You may receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number may be given within 24 hours (if provided by supplier).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

HORIZON HUB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

HORIZON HUB is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods (take pictures or HD video) before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery.
